More Bittersweet Candy Bowl fanart!
I was listening to Spitshine by dredg while I was out walking today and decided to draw something based off of a lyric from the song. I don't know if the song has anything to do with relationships but that one line in the picture really made me think of this image. Originally it was going to have to do with Mike and Lucy but 1) it fit Paulo and Tessa more 2) I'm re-reading the comic and I'm about at that part and 3) I draw Mike and Lucy way more than them.
It's as if Tessa came in and spitshined Paulo's corroded, corrupted innocence (his halo) and then left it to decay again by hurting him. That was my thought process *shrug*
"You spitshine my corroded halo
And left it to decay..."
