I'm having an issue.
I was all ready to post the comic and everything but an issue has come up.
I'm looking at the pages and reading tips about comics and there seems to be a lot of things telling me NOT to hand write my dialogue.
It's honestly something I've been worried about for a while, knowing how many comics type their dialogue but thing is, I'm 50 pages deep and it's all handwritten.
This wouldn't be a huge issue to fix but Paint Tool SAI (or at least MY version) doesn't seem to have a text tool or else I would've added text in in the first place. The other thing is that my comic's art style relies on transparency, and I can't just take it into another program or else that transparency will disappear as far as I know.
I don't really have any other programs aside from MS Paint, to add text in either.
Can someone please please please tell me if the lettering looks okay as is or if it warrants a change:

But just PLEASE let me know if you have any suggestions for how to remedy this problem or if you think it looks fine as is.

Life update and temporary comic schedule change
So the comic is going to be going down to one page a week for a while. At least throughout May.
The reason? I'm supposed to be looking for an apartment and moving. In fact I've SUPPOSED to have BEEN looking but with everything going on and my mental state in shambles, I haven't been doing that. I'm working on recovering that however and in order to do that, I need to move forward and hopefully be moved out by June.
To make this happen though I need to take the workload off of me for the time being. I have pages ready for me to upload every Tuesday for three weeks already so you can expect updates regularly then. Hopefully I'll be able to ha

Here's the game plan right now.
I'm working on uploading all of the pages onto comicfury.com (http://if-i.thecomicseries.com/)
I'm up to chapter 6 on the site which means I got 4 more chapters before comicfury is caught up. So this week, aligning with the chapters I'm going to upload on comicfury, there'll be a new page update here! That's four pages this week!
Those four pages will finish out Chapter 10 as well and should end on Friday at the same time that comicfury is caught up!
So this week you can expect a page Monday, Tuesday, Thursday AND Friday!
After that I'll be returning

I'm back!
It's been a difficult road. My life sort of fell apart, and while there's things that could still go wrong, I'm coming back with a newfound confidence. I've been in therapy and on medication to keep myself balanced and find myself out. There's been months of self-reflection and I'm happy to finally start posting again!
You might've noticed all the gift art I've posted. I wanted to come back that way, letting my friends know how much I appreciate them. It's important to me that everyone knows. I wouldn't be where I am, both mentally and in terms of my art, if it weren't for ever

I'm pretty sure the only reason that people say not to hand-write your dialogue is because it might cause some reading issues, and as far as I can tell yours is in the clear!
i have dyslexia, and I did have a teensy bit of trouble reading some of the specific letters, (v, a, u) but only sometimes! if you just make sure that all the letters are clearly distinguishable (because it looks like some of them get rather small the further into the specific word they are) then you should be fine!!
heh, i should get you to look over some of my comic pages too, i just recently changed the font as well
