This one was tricky because he wanted Ruby undressing in front of Kenneth, and I don't like to do anything TOO dirty. Also that would be very out of character for her.
If you aren't catching on, she's just taking off her hoodie but it was catching on her shirt underneath that so the next panel she's pulling her other shirt down. Kenneth thought for a second she was just taking her shirt off. Much to his relief (and yet at the same time, dismay) she was only removing an outer layer. Ohohoho.

Since he missed his chance, this is also for cause his request was basically Ruby giving Kenneth a striptease so sure.
